Marian Dacca will join Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs as a Senior Governmental Affairs Consultant in January 2021. She brings over a decade of government affairs experience to the firm having represented both private and public entities before the legislative and executive branches of Washington State government.
Prior to joining Gordon Thomas Honeywell Governmental Affairs, Ms. Dacca served as the State Relations Manager for Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) where she represented and provided strategic advice to the utility on energy, water, environmental, telecommunications, natural resources, and rail related legislation. Prior to working for TPU, Ms. Dacca was the State Relations Manager for the Washington Hospitality Association working on several issue areas including taxes, labor, tourism and liquor.
Ms. Dacca also served five legislative sessions as staff to former State Senator Rosemary McAuliffe, Chair of the Senate Early Learning and K-12 Committee, focusing on a wide range of educational issues.
Ms. Dacca is a graduate of the University of Washington, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
